2009 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

In the pattern of our Santa Cruz Mountains vineyard, this classically made wine has the subtle nuances of cocoa and spice, while still having the tannic backbone to make it a wine which deserves to be treasured for years to come. Aged 20 months in 100% French oak barrels, this wine shows the finesse of this estate vineyard, while suggesting the best is yet to come. This wine will be at its best over the next 6 to 9 years.
