We would like to invite you to a unique culinary event. For the first time ever we are doing an Asian inspired Sushi in the Vineyard dinner at the winery.  We have partnered with famous Bay Area Sushi Chef Michi Michi Shin and collaborated on menu and wine pairings that are sure to make this a memorable evening.

This event is limited to 60 guests
and will include the following:

Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Roasted Chicken, Grilled Hamachi & Vegetable Hand Rolls

Course 1

2012 Dry-Riesling- Mango with Atlantic Salmon served over Iceberg & Romaine, lightly tossed in Mich’s Miso-Sesame Dressing topped with Granny Smith Apples

Course 2

2012 Mirepox- Samshi Style Fresh Water Barbequed Eel with Soy Reduction, topped with Chili Teriyaki Sauce and thinly sliced Garlic & Jalapeno

Course 3

2011 Round Rocks- Braised Prime-Grade Slow cooked Short-Rib served with Dikon, Asian Pear & Dates

Course 4

Cabernet Sauvignon- Frenched Lamb Lollipops with Shiitake Mushroom Duxelle Served with tart Cherry Fernwood Cabernet Reduction

Course 5

Late Harvest Dry Riesling- Red Bean Wrapped Rice Cake (Mochi) served with light whipped cream served with seasonal fruits & Chocolate sauce
